The Engineering Department is responsible for capital improvements within the village including design layout, formulation of bids, coordination with private contractors and inspections throughout construction. In addition, zoning permits and code enforcement are under the direction of the village engineer.

Permits are required for new homes, structural additions, fences, pools, decks, signs, and utility sheds. These are the most frequently requested permits. For more information on Zoning Codes click here.
