Ruihley Park Scout Cabin
This facility seats up to 50 people with full kitchen amenities. $75

Ruihley Park Pavilion
This banquet style facility seats up to 300 people and has partial kitchen amenities, including sinks and refrigerators.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Effective January 1, 2024, all facilities require a refundable cleaning deposit of $100. Make your reservation early as the buildings fill up fast. Reservations can be made up to one calendar year in advance. Call 419-445-4025 to make your reservation now!

A rental agreement is required for all rentals.

Payments and cleaning deposits are due 60 days in advance of rental date.

Cancellations made within thirty days of rental date will not receive credits or refunds. After payment has been made, and prior to the thirty day period, reservations can be rescheduled, but no refund is given. In the event of weather cancellations, as deemed by the Parks & Recreation Department, reservations can be rescheduled, but no refunds will be given.
