ENGINEERING DIVISION

The Engineering Division is responsible for capital improvements within the Village, including design layout, formulation of bids, coordination with private contractors, and inspections during the construction process. Zoning permits and code enforcement are under the direction of the Village Engineer.

Planning & Zoning DIVISION

The Planning & Zoning Division administers the Village’s Zoning Code and provides general guidance regarding the Community and Economic Development Initiatives.
